I love people. One-on-one is where I'm at my best, because I get to know you, not just your goals. I remember names, stories, and where we met, sometimes years later, which has surprised more than a few people.
I've also walked through my own hardest season and came out stronger, so I'm not easily rattled. People from all walks of life tell me they feel at home talking with me.
